MDI Events Refund Policy 30 Days – Money Back Guarantee
Refund will be issued only 7 - 10 days after of your selected event • MDI Events will refund full amount of the ticket purchase if notified /cancelled 10 days prior to event in writing• MDI Events will refund the ticket purchase for a selected event but will keep a $50 administration fees if notified less than 10 days of the event after that, must provide 30 days prior to event start date to cancel • All request for refund must be made directly by the attendee or credit card holder • When making a written request, include the name of the attendee and the transaction number, date, location of the event and the reason for the request (to help us improve events) • Refund will be credited back to the original credit card used for payments on the MDI website
Transfer of ticket holder: • Transfers from 5-15 days prior to event is possible with the MDI Events authorization• No transfer possible with fewer than 5 days notice
