(At 8 years old, Norm was selling fishing worms with two of his sisters) - 1975 -78 / Embrun Miniature Farm
(Small chicken farm - selling eggs making over $400 in profit a month at 10 years old) - 1980 -85 / Norm’s Sold his Soul for Rock & Roll
(Recording music Service – Sold and recorded hundreds of music tapes) - 1987 / Embrun Electric
(Started an electrical business with a certified electrician with no electrical business background) - 1988-95 / Lapalme Nursing Home Ltd.
Co-manage the family business with one of his four sisters (Retirement Homes & Nursing home) - 1987 / Success-Motivation-Marketing
(Work with high schools “CO-OP Education Programs” to teach, motivate, and inspire teenagers about entrepreneurship) - 1992-2007 / Norm’s Gym Inc. (co-fondateur)

Norm Lapalme is an International Business Coach, Speaker and True Entrepreneur with a business management education. He has coached individuals throughout Canada, the US, and the UK. As an inspiring speaker and coach since 1994, Norm has been voted Entrepreneur of the Year and has earned public recognition through television appearances, newspaper articles, and as a featured guest on Hay House radio. He lives with his wife and four children on a small ranch in Canada.
